Brainspotting Services

Individual Consultation 

Kristy has been an enthusiastic Brainspotting therapist since 2013. She was certified in 2017 and became a consultant in 2020. She also holds a specialty endorsement as a consultant working with children and teens. As a consultant she supports other Brainspotting clinicians to become certified or recertified. She also provides individual consultation for clinicians working with complex trauma in children, teens, and adults and for clinicians working with creativity, especially poetry and writing. She has received training and worked closely with Pie Frey, Deb Antinori, Cynthia Schwartzberg, and Monika Baumann. She currently studies directly with David Grand.
