Kristy developed and provides Brainspotting™ Through the Poet's Eye groups for Brainspotting therapists. These groups use Brainspotting and poetry to deepen creativity and healing. Kristy believes that the deeper we heal, the more choice we experience in sharing our gifts and talents with the world.
When: Second Friday of each month, for 90 minutes.
Time: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST.

In this tender, fun, safe, and non-judgmental consultation group we guide and support you in finding your Brainspotting voice as we process clinical issues and limbic counter-transference through the lens of Brianspotting and the Expressive Arts while deepening your embodied understanding of Brainspotting and the Neuroexperiential model.
